1 Welcome & Scope of Agreement
Welcome to nbaee. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and us covering the nbaee platform and all its services. By registering or using this platform, you give your full consent to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our services and contact our support team to close your account.
2 Definitions
The following terms carry specific meanings throughout these Terms:
- "Platform" — the nbaee website and all its associated services.
- "User" or "You" — any person who is registered on this platform and uses its services.
- "Account" — your personal registered profile on this platform.
- "Balance" — the amount of money held in your account.
- "Bonus" — any promotional or gift amount provided by nbaee.
- "Betting" — participation in any sports event or casino game.
Account Registration & Eligibility
3 Age Requirement
The nbaee platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. Use of this service by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
4 Account Creation Rules
Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, including:
- Full legal name
- Correct date of birth
- Active email address
- Valid mobile number
- Full current address
nbaee reserves the right to close your account and suspend your balance if false information is provided.
5 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- Do not share your login details with any third party.
- Change your password regularly.
- Use a strong password — a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.
- If you log in on a public device, always log out at the end of your session.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
6 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the nbaee platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Deposit amounts are added directly to your account balance.
7 Withdrawal Rules
The following rules apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawal requests may be held pending if identity verification has not been completed.
- Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.
Bonus & Promotion Policy
8 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Bonus examples:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive a maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳15,000.
To receive this bonus, an active account and a minimum deposit of ৳500 are required.
9 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).
- Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
- A time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirement — details are available in your account dashboard.
- Some games may not qualify toward wagering calculations.
10 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer is published with its own separate terms and validity period.
- Only one account is eligible to claim a given bonus.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
- nbaee reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings in the event of a rule violation.
- nbaee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Betting & Gaming Rules
11 Gaming Activity Rules
The nbaee platform offers cricket, football, slot games, live casino, and various other gaming options. All games and betting activities are conducted under the following rules:
- A bet is only accepted if your account has a sufficient balance.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If a bet is affected by a technical error, nbaee will make a decision after review.
- nbaee is not obligated to pay out winnings that result from a system error.
12 Sports Betting Guidelines
Keep the following in mind when betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports events:
- Pre-match bets are accepted up until the event starts.
- Live betting is available on designated markets while an event is in progress.
- If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
- In the event of any dispute regarding a result, the announcement by the official sports authority is final.
13 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits.
- Using betting software, bots, or automation tools.
- Betting based on match-fixing or insider information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack the platform's systems or gain unauthorized access.
- Attempting to access another user's account.
VIP Program & Cashback
14 VIP Tier Details
The nbaee VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. Full details on the benefits and privileges of each tier are available in the account section.
15 Cashback Policy
- Weekly cashback is added to your account at a set time each week.
- Cashback is added directly to your balance and is available for use immediately.
- The cashback amount is determined based on your gaming activity.
- When your VIP tier changes, the benefits of the new tier apply from the following week.

Account Closure & Changes to Terms
20 Account Closure Policy
Users may close their account at any time. In addition, nbaee may close an account for the following reasons:
- A clear violation of these terms.
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Extended periods of inactivity.
- Direction from a legal authority.
Any valid balance will be returned after an account is closed, provided no investigation into a rule violation is pending — in which case, the balance will be returned once the investigation is complete.
21 Right to Modify Terms
nbaee reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms at any time. In the event of changes:
- A notification will be sent to your registered email.
- A notice will be displayed on the platform.
- The date of the change and its effective date will be stated.
- If you do not accept the revised terms, you will have the option to close your account.
22 Limitation of Liability
nbaee provides its services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection.
- Delays or failures of third-party services (payment gateways).
- Issues with a user's own device or network.
- Temporary service interruptions due to unforeseen technical disruptions.
